Jessica Hagen

President

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Cincinnati native. She received her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Cincinnati. She then went on to obtain her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Xavier University. Jessica’s interests include family, sports, music/singing, reading, new adventures, humor and art.

Benjamin Crotte

MSW, LISW-S

Treasurer

Ben grew up in Kalamazoo, MI. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Michigan and his Master in Social Work from Western Michigan University. His passions include family, nature, hiking/backpacking/paddling, animals, travel, sports, music, performing arts, reading, and photography.

Linley Mowbray

MS, LPCC-S

Secretary

Linley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor from Dayton, Ohio. She attended Capital University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy and played four years of soccer. She started her Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Ursuline College then went on to complete her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State University. Linley’s interests include soccer/sports, running, yoga, art, outdoors activities, travel, spending time with family and her cat.  

Brittany Speed

CPA

Financial and Strategic Planning Advisor

COO & CFO at Beech Acres

As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Beech Acres Parenting Center, Brittany provides operational leadership, financial acumen and strategic oversight to ensure the financial health, integrity and growth of the 176+ year old organization. 

Brittany began her professional career in public accounting, working for Deloitte and Touche, a top global accounting firm. Following the launch of her career, she continued to develop and articulate her financial and analytical skills by serving in various Financial Planning and Analysis, Compliance, Program Management and Consulting capacities. She has worked in both for profit and non-profit organizations over the past 16 years including her prior role as Vice President of Finance and Administration at StriveTogether, Inc.  She has a proven track record for building strong teams, driving efficiency, and using technology and systems to transform organizations. 

Brittany is also very active in the local community, serving as a new Board member to Animal Companion Counseling (ACC), as well as a long-time Board member of both Cancer Family Care and Ault Park Advisory Council, where she has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to directly benefit the organizations through event and fundraising development. Brittany is a Boston Marathoner and avid volunteer in the Cincinnati running community as well. 

Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Communications minor, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton. She is also a certified public accountant (CPA). Brittany resides in Mt. Lookout with her husband, Sean and two children, RJ and Sophia.

Andrew Stallings

Fundraising and Development Advisor

Director, Regional and Corporate Relations at American Cancer Society

Andrew Stallings is a born and raised Indiana Hoosier who has been living in the Cincinnati area since 2021. Throughout his career, Andrew has supported pediatric healthcare institutions (including the #1-ranked Cincinnati Children’s Hospital) with program management, school-based fundraising, gift-in-kind, corporate and community fundraising, and third party events. Building relationships and “teaching others the joy of giving” inspire him to work every day to improve the communities around him. He currently serves as the Director of Corporate Relations for Southwest OH/NKY for the American Cancer Society. 

Personally, Andrew loves exploring his neighborhood in Over-the-Rhine, crossing off new states on his journey to visit all 50, and watching new movies in theaters as often as he can.

Jaclyn Hammersmith

Marketing and Brand Management Advisor

Brand Manager, Kroger

A Cincinnati native, Jaclyn brings her passion for community and connection to her role on the board. She leads efforts in Brand Marketing at Kroger and holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Throughout her career, she’s focused on crafting brand strategies that spark connection. Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys running, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
