“2023 was a year of grounding and growth. Through the course of the year we were successfully able to expand our team to include an additional full-time Therapist and Therapeutic Animal Assistant. We increased efficiency and client protections through investment in data management systems, training and benefits to our staff. Despite various setbacks and unexpected challenges, we increased clients served across all programs, proved our equitable model of service delivery as financially sustainable, and prepared ourselves for continued growth as we work to meet the mental health needs of our community.”
