What if I don't have insurance information?
No worries! While we ask that you provide as much information as you can, we understand some of this information may not be available to you. Our intake department will work to obtain any missing information directly from the client.
How will I know if the individual was contacted?
We may reach out to the referral source if we need additional information or assistance connecting with the individual. Once a client begins services, we work with them to obtain any necessary Releases of Information (ROIs) to support coordination of care. If the client authorizes communication with your organization, the assigned therapist may connect with you directly. If your organization has already obtained a signed ROI, you're welcome to forward it to our team as well.
Should I submit a referral if the individual has not yet agreed to services?
We appreciate the desire to help individuals access care as quickly as possible. However, we ask that referrals be submitted only after the individual (and parent/guardian when applicable) has been informed of the referral and is interested in being contacted by our team. This helps ensure a smooth intake process and allows us to engage with individuals who are ready to explore services.
